This fully funded scholarship offers a 2-year Master’s Degree in cybersecurity, facilitated by leading European universities. Funded by the European Union, the program aims to equip students from across the globe with essential cybersecurity skills.
With cybersecurity becoming increasingly critical in today’s digital landscape, the demand for skilled professionals is growing rapidly. This program provides students with academic excellence, international exposure, and practical experience, including a 5-month internship. For the 2025/27 intake, 23 scholarships are available across universities in France, Estonia, Luxembourg, and Belgium.

Program Structure
The program spans two years (four semesters), with students studying at different universities each semester.
- Semester 1 (30 ECTS): UBS in Lorient, France, and TalTech in Tallinn, Estonia
- Semester 2 (30 ECTS): UBS in Lorient, France
- Semester 3 (30 ECTS):
- Track 1: IoT Cybersecurity at ULB, Brussels, Belgium
- Track 2: Software Cybersecurity at Uni.lu, Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
- Semester 4 (30 ECTS): Master’s thesis at one of the affiliated universities or another approved institution
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to applicants worldwide
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in computer science or computer engineering)
- Final-year undergraduate students can apply
- English language proficiency proof required after the interview phase
